anyone switch from indirect hot water tank, to either tank or tankless gas hot water?

My gas costs are ridiculous in the summer months (around $200/mo) when there is no heat on, and I suspect this is because of the inefficient main boiler heating my indirect hot water tank.</p> <p>I am looking to switch to either a gas hot water tank or a tankless gas hot water heater. The main issue I am facing is how to install the flue on either the gas tank or tankless setup.</p> <p>Anyone here make the change and notice a big reduction in their gas bill?
