Bathroom renovation cost?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Yes I know I can get free estimates left and right but honestly I don’t want to waste mine and others time if it’s totally out of the ballpark.</p> <p>I have a 5ft by 7ft bathroom. Toilet, single vanity, tub/shower combo. The bathroom needs a total gut as it’s original to the house (~1950’s) I can handle the gut if it’ll save on cost. </p> <p>I want the toilet where the vanity is and the vanity where the toilet is. A tub put back in with tiled walls or shower wall inserts that look like tile. </p> <p>What can I expect all in? </p> <p>I’m not dying to have someone do it as my father, father in law &amp; myself CAN do it, it would just be lengthy.
