51st year of one of the most singular events in American LGBTQ+ culture. Following the 50th anniversary milestone in 2025, the tradition continues: drag queens from Cherry Grove and Pines assemble at Ice Palace, parade through town, ferry to Pines Harbor where Panzi (Grand Marshal since 1976) continues as mistress of ceremonies and introduces each drag queen from the harbor stage. Ticketed viewing platforms at The Pavilion, Tryst Pool Club, and Blue Whale. Fireworks over the harbor close the night. Invasion weekend runs July 3–5 with events across Tryst Hospitality and FIPPOA venues.
