Flooring Company Recommendation?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I mostly DIY things but this project might be a bit above my ability. </p> <p>Looking to hire a company to pour self Leveling concrete. Located in western Suffolk. </p> <p>I have a 12’x16’ Den area that is a slab on grade. I want to install a high quality glue down engineered hardwood but the current slab is not flat and has high/ low spots up to 3/4” from highest to lowest. </p> <p>My math shows about 30 bags of self lever would be necessary to flatten and level the floor. </p> <p>Does anyone have a recommendation of a good company that actually does this?
