What to expect
LI's second cannabis dispensary. 1,000+ products. Free same-day delivery across Nassau & Suffolk County. Online ordering with pickup or delivery options. (Rolling: Year-round (open since Dec 2023) — monitor the source for specific dates.)
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
