Need suggestions for developmental delay programs/schools

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Hi.</p> <p>My daughter (33 months) will be requiring speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and a S.E.I.T. special instructor</p> <p>We met with our school district who gave us lists of programs for each. We're trying to keep all of the services with a single agency to make it easier on her.
