What to expect
At 14,000 sq ft, NY's largest recreational cannabis dispensary. Fifth state-licensed dispensary to open on Long Island and the first in the Town of Riverhead. Second location of LI's first dispensary (original Strain Stars in Farmingdale, opened July 2023). (Rolling: Year-round (open since Nov 2024) — monitor the source for specific dates.)
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
