Suffolk county police response time is absolutely pathetic.

Is this why they keep raising property taxes? For incompetence like this?</p> <p>In that 45 minutes many things could’ve happened and they took a risk on that even after I kept calling them.</p> <p>Am I in the wrong here for feeling this way about them?
