Tints Question

I am a NYC resident (license has Brooklyn address), I was driving my friend’s car - which is registered in Pennsylvania, she was in the backseat tending to her newborn. I got pulled over because that tints are dark for everything but the windshields. The officer gave me a paper showing my court date, however when I tried pleading guilty and paying a fine, it only gave me a fix it and pay a fee option. </p> <p>How would this work, if it is not my car? My only violation was for the tints, I was not speeding or driving recklessly.
